This was my first house purchase and I am getting up there in age, my knowledge of the whole process was pretty narrow and to say the least I have always been nervous about purchasing a home. Kjersti went out of her way to help me in several ways and did make me feel at ease with the whole process. I was an out of town buyer and one thing that Kjersti did for me that stood out above expectations, was assisted a third party in carpet measurements when I couldn't be there. This required Kjersti to make contact with the sellers and get authorization for this to be done and then she met with the carpet measurement crew to give them access. Kjersti was very quick to answer calls, did not leave me waiting for return calls, that is something that is hard to come by in todays world of communications. Kjersti was very pleasant, courteous, confident, knowledgeable, punctual and kind, she made my first time house buying experience very easy.
